Born in Mexico, Marco A. Diaz is an award winning writer/director who graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a BA in Film & Television Production. His short film, A Place for Lidia premiered at Slamdance, and won Best Adventure Documentary Short.
His work has screened internationally and is well received in festivals where it has garnered several awards and nominations. He has also worked in film and television production most recently for NBC’s Mr. Robot, Amazon’s I love Dick, and Transparent. He is fluent in 3 languages and is an avid traveler.
He currently resides in Malibu with his family.
